  1. Keep a notebook or a journal by your bed ready to write down your thoughts and feelings.
  2. When you wake, do not move. Lay there and think about the dream, let it sink in.
  3. Write down your dream before it all starts to fade away even if it’s only 3am.   7. Reference your favourite source of dream interpretation and start analyzing your dream.

Things were calm and very tranquil. It was almost as though the world stood still for a moment, a moment for me to notice, and take in all the beauty that surrounds me. The stillness of this morning caused me to slow down and be more aware and thankful for all the beauty that this world has to offer.
